White-Rodgers is in the business of making people more comfortable. Their innovations in thermostats, ignition controls, humidifiers and electronic air cleaners dates back to 1937 and as part of Emerson Climate Technologies, their range today is global.

With Emerson’s redevelopment of its North Campus, the potential to relocate additional divisions to the site became a reality.

The 80,000 SF White Rodgers building accommodates product laboratories, engineering, product development, sales / marketing and administrative functions. The exterior materials chosen for the building coordinate with the metal panels that were used in the original North Campus building redevelopment projects.

The continuing re-utilization of this real estate is an extension of Emerson’s philosophy of leveraging value from existing assets.
