SMPS: Panel of Experts

This year SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services) continued their “Panel of Experts” event.

Topics that were discussed was how these regions (like St. Charles) have begun implementing development of mixed use and urbanization.  We also learned about current and future development and long-range plans in the St. Louis region. There was insight on typical procurement processes and funding mechanisms used by cities, counties and municipalities. We heard expert opinions on what our region needs to do to stimulate growth and become a more vibrant place for live and work.
